Mobile Devices available to families: Bridging the Digital Divide
Following on from the Covid 19 pandemic, in November 2021 The Department of Education issued a Grant Scheme (EU NRRP Funding). The focus of this once off funding was to address the needs of learners at risk of educational disadvantage arising from a lack of access to necessary digital infrastructure .
Holy Family School used this funding to purchase equipment to support digital learning both at school and at home. A number of mobile tablet devices are now available to families to facilitate with home learning. For full details please contact Ms. O Sullivan at losullivan@mercywaterford.ie
